Vista School
Educationally Related Therapeutic Services
Vista School students experience a myriad of psychological, emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. In addition to learning deficits, our student population presents various psychological challenges and mental health diagnosis including but not limited to Mood Disorder, Anxiety and Relational problems, Personality Disorder, Impulse-‐Control and other disruptive Behavior Disorders, as well as Psychotic Disorders. Due to the complexity of the student needs and services provided, a team approach is imperative for each student’s success.
School-based Counseling
Our amazing counseling team not only provides needed services, but aid in the development and implementation of Social-Emotional Learning Activities on campus throughout the year. Students receive school-based counseling services based on IEP: Designated Instructional Services (DIS) Counseling or Educationally Relevant Intensive Counseling Services (ERICS).

Speech and Language Services
Occupational Therapy
Students who meet criteria via assessment receive additional services such as Speech and Language and/or Occupational Therapy. Service providers see students both in the classroom and on a one-on-one basis.
